Key responsibilities and duties:
• Will effectively carry out a variety of LBO activities in support of production using only current authorised procedures, and systems.
• Maintain and compile MF700 documentation ensuring completeness, traceability and accuracy.
• Create a project “call-up” package utilising GOLDesp, Contracts of Work and Statements of Work.
• Maintain and compile data as a maintenance scheduling/forecasting and reporting package using GOLDesp.
• Transfer completed work information from Navixa documentation into the MF700, aircraft log cards and maintenance work orders.
• Transfer completed work information from Navixa documentation to GOLDesp.
• Carryout SSI reporting on GOLDesp.
• Carry out all MF700 documentation for Flight Test “live aircraft”
• Carry out LBO administration tasks.
• Update Business unit IT system data and records such as Navixa, GOLDesp
• Supply detailed information to customers.
• Support Customer meetings.

• Excellent communication skills required both written and verbal.
Desirable
• Ability to provide advice as a subject matter expert.
Functional: These are relating to practical competencies within the role e.g. (Manpower resourcing experience, technical knowledge etc)
Essential
• Full compliance and understanding of the Quality Management System.
• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities
• Recognised engineering background with experience of using MF700 documentation.
• GOLDesp trained (to Level 3 minimum)
Desirable
• GOLDesp Boundary Cell trained and approved
• Worked within the Flight Test environment on “live aircraft”
• MF700 Second Signature authorised
Organisational Relationships:
• Responsible individual who can build upon building a relationship with customer and suppliers. Requires full co-operation across and within other business departments
Professional Qualifications/Education and Training:
Essential These are vital to be able to perform the role and will be used as selection criteria during recruitment process
• Recognised indentured apprenticeship or military equivalent
• GOLDesp trained and approved.
• Human Factors
Desirable
• Suitable engineering qualification
Experience:
Previous experience within a busy Log Book Office environment with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
