Job Objectives and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall delivery of all aspects of the contract(s), including Facilities Management Services, client liaison, and monitoring suppliers and contractors.
2. Full ownership of the P&L for the portfolio.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service and relationships.
Main Duties
1. Deliver all services to the highest standard.
2. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
3. Meet contractual and budgetary requirements.
4. Manage financial forecasts, WIP, accrued income, comp spend, and debt.
5. Plan and cost works within contract restraints.
6. Manage PPM, open and aged jobs, and quotes.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
8. Maintain statutory and mandatory compliance.
9. Develop and maintain FMR/Risk Registers.
10. Build a projects pipeline.
11. Oversee asset management and verification.
12. Drive innovation and recommend service improvements.
13. Produce and present monthly reports, conducting root cause analysis and recommending improvements.
14. Ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
15. Manage and support site teams, handling HR matters, appraisals, and succession planning.
16. Report progress and developments to clients.
17. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
18. Investigate and monitor accidents and near misses.
19. Work with teams to achieve performance targets safely and efficiently.
Person Specification
1. Previous experience in a commercial environment.
2. Facilities Management (FM) background preferred.
3. M&E background or knowledge desirable.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. P&L management experience (preferred).
6. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work on own initiative.
7. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
8. Strong attention to detail for completing paperwork accurately.
9. Effective verbal communication with colleagues and customers.
