As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning, while ensuring that all children make excellent progress.
You’ll work closely with a supportive team of staff who are passionate about providing the best possible education for our students. This is a long-term, full-time position, offering an excellent opportunity for professional development within a forward-thinking and friendly school community. We welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a KS2 setting (preferred but not essential).
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping every child succeed.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• An ability to work well as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of the school.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS2.
• Assess, track, and report on the progress of pupils to ensure high standards of achievement.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the varying needs and abilities of students.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, fostering a welcoming and inclusive school community.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support the school’s ethos of continuous improvement.
