As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' development and building strong connections within our school community.
As a dedicated Youth Worker, you will have the privilege of working closely with students aged 11-16 to inspire, guide, and support their personal, social, and emotional development.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Organising and delivering engaging activities that promote positive youth development.
* Providing mentoring and pastoral support to individual students or small groups.
* Creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging.
