We're looking for a driven, motivated conveyancing professional to join an established CQS-accredited law firm at their office in Nuneaton.

We are working in partnership with a well-established CQS accredited law firm who are looking to attract an experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing, to join their office in Nuneaton as either a Senior Conveyancer or as Head of Department.
This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression, initially to Head of Department, and with potential for a partnership appointment within 12 months for fully qualified candidates.
The role will involve:
* Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion with support from experienced, knowledgeable Legal Assistants.
* Handling a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages etc.
* Managing a conveyancing team of three experienced fee earners and several legal assistants spread across two offices.
Suitable candidates will have:
* Excellent management and leadership skills.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience running a wide-ranging residential conveyancing caseload in a law firm.
* Longevity of employment in previous roles.
* Fully qualified status (solicitor, FCILEx or CLC).
This is a full-time, permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be accommodated.
