This hands-on position requires a team player who can work closely with every department on daily operations, promote a positive Health & Safety culture throughout the business, actively implement and monitor Health & Safety systems and provide support and training to employees.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and policies
2. Coordinate and monitor safe working systems and processes
3. Promote a positive health & safety culture
4. Perform safety inspections and risk assessments of facilities and equipment
5. Deliver training sessions to ensure all employees carry out their job safely
6. Ensure that data with regards to Health & Safety performance is captured and analysed
7. Provide support and guidance on Health & Safety matters
8. Investigate accidents, identify root causes and prepare remedial plans
9. Manage relationship with insurance providers
