We are looking for a committed SEND Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. You will offer 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs, empowering them to reach their full potential within a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This is based in North Tyneside.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND.
* Assisting in the development and application of tailored learning strategies.
* Developing positive, trusting relationships with students to boost confidence and encourage growth.
* Working closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
