Key Responsibilities:
* Develop & Implement Strategies: Drive growth and expand our market presence through the creation and execution of effective business development strategies.
* Client Engagement: Identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients through proactive networking, research, and outreach efforts.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company-wide goals and objectives.
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and evaluate the competitive landscape.
* Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, highlighting our hotel's services and unique offerings.
* KPIs & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and report progress to management.
* Client Management: Utilize CRM and other software tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and document key milestones.
