Job title:\n\nShift Leader HVAP\n\nLocation:\n\nCentral London\n\nTerms:\n\nMonday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00\n\nSalary/rate:\n\nSalary is paying £52,000-£55,000 depending on qualifications and experience.\n\nRequirements:\n\nQualifications needed consist of the below -\n\n18th Edition (7671)\nPrevious Shift Leader/Supervisor experience·HVAP experience Beneficial\n\nAbout the company: \n\nA well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for an Shift Leader HVAP on a blue-chip building in Central London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Shift Leader HVAP to their team.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nEnsure that routine PPM is carried out on all M&E plant in accordance with Site task schedules and asset lists.\nEnsure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. These reactive calls to also include concessionary stores and fabric related items.\nEnsure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract.
Administer sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.\nEnsure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.\nEnsure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.\nEnsure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator or update CAFM system.\nEnsure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, reviewed and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times.\nEnsure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment.\nEnsure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To include the wearing of uniform and PPE at all times.\nSupervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.\nEnsure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate.\nTo ensure tasks as directed are completed with the appropriate H&S awareness/implementation.\nEnsure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.\nEnsure Computer Based Maintenance systems, e.g.
Maximo, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.\nEnsure the engineering team on site produce required near miss reports, dynamic risk assessments and detailed records of site activities, and ensuring any non-compliance is challenged and escalated where necessary.\nOverview the buildings environmental conditions using the BMS System and utilise same to maintain acceptable internal conditions.\nEnsure Shift Reports are completed to the correct standard.\nCandidate requirements:\n\nThe ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)\nThe ideal candidate has bundles of experience leading a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.\nStrong building services background\nPrevious Shift Leader/Supervisor experienceContact us to apply.\n\nIf this role sounds of interest and please don't hesitate to drop me a call on - (phone number removed) or alternatively drop me an email on - sonny.clarke
