Fantastic opportunity for a Head of Ecommerce to join a leading global skincare/beauty brand. Client Details A business with a huge global footprint in the beauty industry,establishing their UK presence for the first time. As the first digital hire in the UK, you'll be a key figure in shaping the UK identity and driving revenue growth. Description Develop and execute an Ecommerce trading plan to grow sales, conversion rates, and profitability. Monitor key performance metrics and optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory strategies. Oversee the commercial and operational management of Amazon 1P. Lead the day-to-day trading of the D2C site via shopify, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive eCommerce performance. Profile Experience in eCommerce trade, marketplace management, or digital retail, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a D2C and/or Amazon 1P environment. Experience managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms with a focus on digital trading and CRO. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
