Responsibilities
* Provide tailored English and Maths tutoring to GCSE students requiring intervention
* Create individualised learning plans to support student progress
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance student understanding
* Assess student learning needs and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Monitor and track student progress through regular assessments
* Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure student success
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Demonstrated expertise in teaching English and Maths at the GCSE level
* Experience in providing intervention support to students
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
* Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Effective classroom management skills
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
