PageGroup are delighted to support a leading distribution business based in Stafford with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join for a 12 month interim contract.
This role can offer hybrid working of circa 4 days onsite and 1 home per week.
Job Description
Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor is a fast-paced, generalist role, supporting with the full people lifecycle. You will work in a small HR team and assist the HR Manager with the supervision of a HR Assistant.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
* Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
* Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Support learning and development activities.
* Manage HR records and produce reports.
* Participate in HR projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor, ideally within the manufacturing/distribution sector.
