The successful applicant will have some knowledge of Autism, Neurodiversity and Learning Disabilities. In addition to this they will also: - Have a thorough knowledge of Excel and Word. - Have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and carrying out general office procedures. - Have significant experience in taking phone calls, making bookings and answering queries. - Be motivated, compassionate, and adaptable in their approach. The ability to work flexibly, and to support thoughtful and reflective practice within the team is essential. - Be able to establish positive working relationships with a wide variety of individuals and groups, and will value acceptance and inclusivity.
