HELPDESK COORDINATOR STOCKPORT PERMANENT We are working with a well established company based in Stockport, who are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator to join their team as they expand. Duties include, but are not limited to: Working to weekly KPI's Supporting clients and contractors with queries, acting as the first point of contact Inputting new jobs onto the in-house system Responding to phone calls and ensuring jobs are completed in the desired time frame Chasing contractors for updates. Arranging for quotes and processing invoices for completed jobs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience from a customer service background.
