About Our Client

Job Description
The Key Responsibilities:
3. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
4. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
5. Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
6. Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities
7. Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and taking minutes
8. Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
9. Properly handling complaints and grievance procedures
10. Conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
11. Proven experience as HR administrator, HR administrative assistant or relevant role
12. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
13. Thorough knowledge of labour laws
14. Excellent organisational skills
15. Strong communications skills
16. Degree in human resources or related field
