Spire Cheshire Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Reception Admin Team on a part-time and permanent basis.

Contract type: Permanent, Part time
Working hours: Department is open 7 days a week and hours to be worked through varied shifts between Monday-Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 7am-5pm and Sunday 8am-5pm

As Reception Team Leader, you will ensure that an exemplary level of customer service is upheld in the provision of service to patients, visitors, consultants, and the Spire team whilst leading the Reception Administration Teams.
Duties and responsibilities (not limited):
To support Heads of departments and the senior management team in the Hospital in meeting the overall Hospital objectives and goals and understanding how the team contributes towards those
To assess team performance and provide feedback to colleagues and overall people management
To provide an efficient administration service within the hospital/relevant department, working within established policies and processes
To take responsibility for the administration duties, offering guidance and training to other staff performing administration duties across reception departments, thereby enabling all staff to attain high standard required for admin duties. Provide administrative support as required to services in the Hospital
Maintain and up-date patient records on SAP to ensure full completion of patient registration and promote the use of the Hospital Tablet Registration process
Ensure the completion of daily tasks required on the main reception desk eg, inputting of NHS outcomes
Face to face liaison with patients and consultants providing information where requested, eg ensuring payment is taken for appointment and treatmentsWho we're looking for:
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
High degree of accuracy and a methodical approach to workload
Basic knowledge of Spire systems, processes and products or demonstrate knowledge of the same in similar role
Must be able to deal with problems when they arise
PC literate
Previous relevant experience in an administrative support role is desirable
Ability to work in a multi-skilled environment
Flexibility and adaptability to tasks and duties
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with patient queries, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team are key requirements as is the ability to work to deadlines as requiredBenefits
