The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue within the business. This is a fast-paced role where you will handle incoming customer inquiries, issue quotations, and proactively follow up on them to secure new orders. Your customers will range from large distributors to smaller end users, and your success will rely on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with these clients, provide great customer service, and proactively solve issues.
What will I be doing as an Internal Sales Executive?
1. Provide technical assistance and product recommendations; full training will be provided.
2. Develop new and existing accounts.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to customers.
4. Issue quotations and follow through to order.
5. Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
What we're looking for in an Internal Sales Executive?
1. Experience in phone-based sales is essential.
2. Experience in the fastener industry would be favourable.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers at all levels.
4. Computer literacy and proficiency with IT systems.
5. A target-driven attitude with a passion for achieving results and being rewarded.
