Reed Accountancy is working with a reputable client who is urgently seeking a skilled Sales & Accounts Administrator to join their team.Working full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, this is a permanent position paying a salary of £23,000 - £24,500 per annum. Roles and Responsibilities Processing customer orders and managing distribution and delivery. Handling sales returns and credits. Creating sales invoices and allocating payments. Requesting payments and sending monthly statements. Bank reconciliation. Managing invoice finance and credit limits. Chasing payments and sending statements. Handling product sample requests. Managing stock allocations, control, and stock takes. Taking meeting minutes. General office administration. Logging employee expenses. Conducting sales analysis and providing strategic input. Skills and Experience Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel. IT proficiency and ability to learn ERP software. Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise tasks. Proactive and able to work without supervision. Good customer service skills and positive telephone manner. Previous sales and/or administration experience. Knowledge of accounting software like Sage 50.
