We are seeking a well organised, enthusiastic individual to join our Leadership and Culture Team within our award-winning People and Culture service. You will partner with managers and teams across multiple Council sites to provide advice and support on all aspects of learning and organisational development. Your aim will be to identify areas for development and facilitate change processes that improve overall performance and culture. You will also play a key role in the coordination, analysis, outputs, and actions arising from data obtained from staff insight to build on our values and behaviours. The OD and Culture Adviser is a Band 7 (£33,024 - £36,648), permanent opportunity. Working full-time (37 hours a week), you will be based in County Hall, with great flexibility to work from home with the added benefit of flexi time.
