Our client is seeking a proactive and confident Temporary Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team for a period of 5 weeks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based work and is comfortable updating databases. Customer Service Executive Key Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to clients to assess their interest in booking appointments. Updating and maintaining accurate client data on the database. Engaging with clients and prospects on LinkedIn. Sending out sales information and follow-ups as required. Customer Service Executive Experience and Skills Requirements: Excellent communication and telephone skills. Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Confident using LinkedIn and other online platforms. Ability to work well within a team in a supportive and friendly environment.
