Role: Warehouse Operatives

Shifts: Monday-Thursday 0800-1645, Friday 0800-1200
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting various Warehouse / Supply Chain vacancies for their client in South Molton.
We're urgently recruiting for Shippers, Material Movers & Stores persons to support the warehousing and supply chain function of a busy manufacturing site.
Shift
Core days - 8:00 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 12:00pm Friday
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Responsible for managing the despatch process of Finished Goods Transfer Parts, and Return Goods to both customers and suppliers.
* Adhering to Aerospace regulations and governance
* Completing documentation
* Generating despatch and associated documentation
* Packing goods on picking lists following strict procedures
* Issuing of parts against the appropriate material requests
* Receiving and checking components against incoming documentation
* Assist in the physical movement of parts into and out of the stores area
* Issue and despatch transfer orders to other warehouses
* Carry out regular stock checks as required by Company procedures
* To use the appropriate Company procedures and the computerised stock control system
Essential experience, qualifications and background required:
* Proven experience of maintaining safe working practices
* Previous warehousing/ supply chain experience
* IT Literate - Microsoft office experience (Word/Excel, including ability to analyse data in MS Excel)
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
