Responsible for providing an efficient, effortless, and exceptional customer service experience. While also providing an Internal Sales Service to nominated customers. Processing and confirming customer orders, queries and complaints, in collaboration with all internal departments and driving the order book Sales.
Your profile
Essential
1. Minimum 6 months' experience in a role with administrative related tasks
2. PC Literate
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferable
4. Minimum of a C grade in at least 5 GSCEs, including English Language and Maths
5. Work experience in a relevant and up to date role which involves administration and dealing with business customers / sales / clients
6. Previous experience of food or a food packaging environment
7. Previous experience of SAP
8. Export sales/customer services experience
9. Internal Sales experience
Our Offer
10. Factory location in Northern Ireland, therefore you must have right to work in the UK
11. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
12. Annual salary: £27,500 - £28,500
