About the Role:
We are looking for a strong leader to support the registered manager in ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. The role involves safeguarding and promoting the welfare and development of the individuals we care for, as well as overseeing the smooth transition of admissions into the new home. The ideal candidate must have experience in trauma-informed care, positive behavior support, and team management.
Responsibilities:
* Support the registered manager in ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
* Deputise in the absence of the R.M.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare and development of the individuals we care for.
* Ensure the home meets the individual needs of the residents and the team.
* Assist in the smooth transition of admissions into the new home.
* Work towards positive outcomes for the individuals we care for.
* Monitor performance, manage the team, and conduct supervisions, probations, and appraisals.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-year experience working as a deputy manager or a strong team leader. Must have a driving license, NVQ Level 3/4 in Health and Social Care, and be willing to work towards Level 5. Proficiency in English is required.

Pay range and compensation package:
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
