A family-owned small luxury hotel collection in the Cotswolds is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to work in a family-owned, 4 AA Red Star property just outside of Broadway in the Cotswolds.

1. Provide a guest-centred approach to customer service working to the highest standards
2. Providing superb hospitality at every moment to valued guests
3. Working within a busy AA Rosette restaurant and bar
4. Ensuring great, quality food and drink are being served to a high standard
5. Managing a team with a motivational approach
6. Ensuring each team member is adhering to company standards
Requirements
1. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
2. Fine dining restaurant experience essential
3. Own transport due to rural location if not living in
4. Hard working and self-motivated
5. Excellent time management and organisational skills
