With a commitment to delivering high-quality services, we are now looking to expand our team and invite skilled and reliable Manual Lathe Turners to join us. Role Overview: As a Manual Lathe Turner, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and refurbishment process, ensuring high-precision components are produced to meet our stringent standards. Your expertise will be key in working with various materials, supporting the hydraulic ram refurbishment process, and helping maintain the company's excellent reputation for quality and service. Key Responsibilities: Operate manual lathes to produce high-quality parts and components Perform turning, threading, and boring tasks as required Interpret technical drawings and specifications Inspect and measure finished components for accuracy Work closely with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organised work environmentRequirements: Proven experience as a Manual Lathe Turner Strong knowledge of turning, milling, and machining processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills Experience working with hydraulic systems or similar industries is a plus A proactive, team-focused attitudeWhy Join Us?
