SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a part-time Payroll Clerk to join a fantastic manufacturing business based in Nottingham, NG5.
Duties of the Payroll Clerk:
1. Accurately enter time sheets into Sage Payroll for approximately 160 weekly paid staff.
2. Monthly payroll processing.
3. Exceptional attention to detail.
4. Outstanding level of accuracy.
5. Highly organised.
6. Undertake full checks of the time sheets - ensuring they are accurate.
7. Process attachment of earnings.
8. Calculate holiday entitlements.
9. Administer and calculate statutory and company sick pay.
10. Develop strong relationships with people quickly and effectively.
11. Process pensions.
12. Deal with and answer payroll questions.
13. Process payments.
14. Reconcile and post the weekly payroll.
Skills and Experience:
1. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
2. Experience using Sage Payroll is desirable.
3. Experience within a Payroll position.
