Through a series of mentored six-month placements, you’ll develop practical knowledge of cutting-edge digital tech, tools, and methodologies. Each one will give you an insight into the technology you’re working with, so by the end of your programme you’ll have a varied experience of digital platforms. It’s a chance to work at the forefront of the processes that help us understand and use data, all within a tailored development plan. What you’ll do You’ll get to work in some of the most inspiring areas of Rolls-Royce. You’ll be supporting or leading a range of solutions throughout our business. You’re likely to explore digital operations, digital technology, cyber security, IT delivery and more. Not only will you have a mentor throughout, but you’ll also have a coach to guide you on any technical challenges. At the beginning of your programme, you’ll combine your university assignments with applied work within our business. Later, there'll be more opportunities for formal training. You’ll play an integral part in our team and, in time, you can expect to be running daily meetings and agile stand-ups. You’ll build strong communication and presentation skills, along with methods that help you do your best work. What you'll need Five GCSEs which must include Maths at grade 5/B and English Language and three other subjects at grade 4/C. 104 UCAS points (obtained or predicted) from either: Three A-levels at grade BCC, to include Maths or Science based subject, or Business/IT subject, excluding General Studies. A Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma at grade DDM in Business/IT including Further Maths element. If you have equivalent qualifications, please contact us.
