We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team on a full time basis. We are looking for someone who is friendly, flexible and showcases a professional attitude and enjoys working as a team and independently. This position reports into the Head Chef and Executive Chef.
Location: Rubens at the Palace, Victoria, London
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days
off)
Salary: £25,396 per annum + service charge

Key
Responsibilities of a Kitchen Porter:
* Assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cleaning the kitchen areas before, during and after service.
* Operating pot-washing machinery and maintaining a hygienic working environment.
* Assisting the chefs and waiters as necessary.
* Checking chemical levels and inventory.

standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a busy kitchen environment.
* A positive attitude and
willingness to support chefs and other staff members.
* Ensuring that kitchen areas are
properly cleaned and maintained before, during, and after service.
* Flexibility to work
varied shifts and assist with tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment.
