HR Business Partner Hull Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Salary: £33,096 FTE per annum Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period) As our HR Business Partner, you will have a broad range of HR experience and will preferably be qualified to CIPD level 5 or above. Responsibilities of our HR Business Partner: Serve as the primary HR contact for several Institutes within the college, managing all aspects of HR practice. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement best practices across the college. Provide expert advice and support to managers and staff on a range of HR issues including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and staff development. Ensure compliance with employment law and college policies and procedures. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR services and organisational performance. What we’re looking for in our HR Business Partner: Generalist HR experience, with a strong understanding of various HR functions. CIPD level 5 qualification or above, along with an interest in continued professional development Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Strong organisational skills with a high level of resilience and diligence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
