Our client, a leading supplier of products in their field, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team in Redhill.
About the Role:
As a key part of the customer service team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth customer experience from the moment an order is placed to the point of delivery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Processing new customer orders with precision and efficiency
2. Organising logistics for both UK and international couriers, ensuring timely deliveries
3. Managing stock levels and ensuring the warehouse runs like clockwork
4. Handling basic technical queries and providing solutions that keep customers happy
The Candidate:
1. To be successful in this role, you should have:
2. Previous experience in customer service and administration
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
5. A positive, problem-solving attitude
