Are you passionate about improving access to psychological interventions for people with Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder? We are looking to recruit a Clinical / Counselling Psychologist or CBT therapist to join our developing pathway for people with a diagnosis of Psychosis or Bipolar.
This is a community-based role within Sarum Community Mental Health Team (Salisbury). As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for offering high-quality psychological treatments and family interventions as part of the Psychosis and Bipolar Pathway. Case consultation and joint work with team members will also be an expectation. You will have plenty of scope and support to develop your own practice, whilst providing a highly professional service to people with psychosis and their families. In addition to holding a clinical caseload, you will have opportunities to develop leadership skills including supervision, consultation and training. Research and service development opportunities are also available and encouraged.
We would welcome applications from candidates with post-qualification experience and also newly qualified psychologists and therapists with a strong interest in working with psychosis. BABCP accreditation /accreditable would be desirable.

Main duties of the job
·To provide a psychology service to the Psychosis and Bipolar Pathway in Sarum CMHT, working therapeutically with clients that can present with complexity.
·To assess and treat a specialist workload of clients and maintain associated records.
·Participate in CPD and other developmental activities.
·Undertake R & D and clinical audit.
·Clinically supervise other psychological practitioners and the wider team in psychologically informed ways of working
