Job title: Business Development Consultant
Job description: You will be required to target key prospect users through a direct approach cold calling, social media, and networking to bring on new business opportunities. You will be required to take an active role, ensuring high quality in standards, service, and transparency to clients as well as to temporary workers. Travelling to see potential clients across Lancashire. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working in sync with them and alongside our office team.
Ideal skills and experience: Proven track record of managing clients and building relationships. Experience of winning new business. Good track record of growing and retaining business. Essential to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Good knowledge of the Lancashire recruitment market.
Key responsibilities:
1. Supporting branch to achieve budgeted and non-financial targets.
2. Sales and business development.
3. Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. (40 hours)
