Fleet Services Administrator

Royal Mail are looking to add a Fleet Services Administrator to our Crawley Workshop team. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the Workshop manager and wider team.
About the role
You will be providing a full range of administration support to wider team as well as support FSM administration along with SAP management and PSP administration. You will also support with:
• Data input to relevant systems/software eg Excel, Word, M5 etc
• Data checking, verification and reconciliation.
• Data analysis to identify problematic issues
• Extracting data for query resolution.
• Handling problems and issues effectively with a strong customer focus.
• Liaising with internal and external customers and external supplier
About You
For this role you should be a self starter who is motivtaed to work in team environment. You will also need to have expericne working with MS Excel in a previour role. You should also be able to demonstate:
• A good standard of organisational skills
• Strong team working skills
• Being able to have a flexible approach and able to work on your own initiative within a framework.
• Confident communication skills including telephone call handling and e-mail/written correspondence.
• Good standard of numeracy.
• Working knowledge of internal support functions, processes and systems for example finance and procurement procedures.
