Key Details:
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (first 12 weeks), increasing to £12.85 after a successful 12-week period.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Day Shifts.
Location: West Cumbria, a driving license would be beneficial for commuting.
The Role:
As a Waste Disposal Operative, you will be responsible for handling waste materials in a safe and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* Knowledge of health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Reliability and punctuality – a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.
* A willingness to work in a physically active role (and to not be afriad of the diverse weather of West Cumbria)
