Trainee Underwriting Assistant – Lloyd’s
We have a 6 month contract for Business Analysts with experience in Human Resources Learning and Development using Workday technology. It's a Hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead/contribute to business analysis on strategic projects that help our Human Resources Team.
2. Collaborate directly with Business stakeholders, business relationship managers, and technology teams to craft and deliver enabling technology.
3. Perform business needs identification, proactively seeking opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
4. Select appropriate analysis approaches based on complexity and risk.
5. Identify stakeholders and build relationships according to their needs.
6. Manage requirements through elicitation, approvals, processes, and scope impacts.
7. Shape and define the business case, producing detailed justification for investment.
8. Analyze and assess solution proposals, ensuring business readiness.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. 3+ years HR IT experience
2. 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst preferred
3. Experience in leading and driving change and projects
4. Domain knowledge of Catalogues, request management, incidents, problems, work queue management, and ServiceNow
5. Experience deploying business analysis tools to enable change
6. Engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills
7. Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Formal certification in business analysis practice preferred
2. Practical usage of Agile Methodology
3. Experience of working in a global organization
4. Exposure to User Centered Design and Design thinking
