Nursery Assistant Manager Surrey Up to £33,000 per annum fantastic benefits We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and committed Nursery Deputy Manager to support with the leadership of highly regarded and well respected nursery ensuring a safe, enjoyable and engaging place to learn for children between 3 months and 5 years old. This is a full-time position, covering maternity leave which could offer a permanent position at the same or another setting within the group upon completion of the initial term. The Organisation We’ve partnered with a highly regarded and successful nursery based in Surrey who provide early years education to boys and girls. The school have outstanding feedback from parents in addition to very good rating from their most recent quality inspection and aim to continue safeguarding young children and supporting the local community. Job Responsibilities Ensure that all aspects of the Statutory Framework for Early Years Foundation Stage and welfare requirements are delivered to the highest standard. Planning activities in line with EYFS. Provide notable contribution to the nursery occupancy marketing and management. Be responsible and assume accountability for the day to day operational running of the nursery in the absence of the manager. Develop and maintain policies for review and assessment of each child’s progress.
