You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for our tenants and landlords, assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments and ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy from beginning to end. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity Booking of property visits Corresponding with customers via both phone and email Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard Photocopying, scanning and filing Running errands within and outside of the office Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
