Job Details
To be responsible for the efficient work allocation, co-ordination and training of Technical staff undertaking property surveys and valuations throughout Fife for the purposes of compiling and maintaining the Valuation Roll and Council Tax Valuation List. Taking a lead role in the Service for the survey and valuation of properties of a more specialist nature.
As a progressive employer, we offer the opportunity to work in this role as a “blended working” arrangement with home-working opportunities and occasional office-working as required. Candidates should be able to travel to and attend office locations in Fife as necessary.
The Person
* Educated to SCQF Level 9 which includes a Degree or equivalent.
* Qualified to full professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS).
* Practical working knowledge of the legislation and case law governing Council tax and Non-Domestic Rating.
* Ability to travel to various locations throughout Fife.
