THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and innovative Conference and Events Business Development Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting new role designed for someone ready to lead on sales, maximise revenue opportunities, and support the delivery of outstanding events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate and follow up on sales leads to exceed revenue targets.
2. Create and promote engaging marketing materials that showcase our venues and services.
3. Support event coordination and administration, including preparing quotations, contracts, and managing post-event settlements.
4. Keep marketing channels—including our website—fresh, relevant, and up-to-date.
5. Assist in the seamless delivery of events, ensuring every detail contributes to exceptional client experiences.
WORKING WITH US
You’ll be based at the iconic Music Hall, with regular travel across all Aberdeen Performing Arts venues. This role offers variety and excitement, with a five-day working week (from seven) that may include evenings and weekends to support events.
1. Salary: £28,783.04 per annum
2. Holidays: 32 days (inclusive of public holidays), rising to 37 days with service
