As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will provide advice on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including secured lending, the purchase and sale of commercial properties, estate development, leases, options, and other duties outlined below:
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and handling leases, both within and outside the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, for Landlords and Tenants.
* Advising on and managing commercial and mixed-use property transactions, including sales and purchases.
* Managing acquisitions and plot sales for small to medium-sized residential developments.
* Offering guidance on planning issues and preparing related documents.
* Advising on secured lending transactions.
* Preparing contract packs with supporting documentation.
* Advising on and handling agreements for telecommunications and utility services.
* Conducting title investigations.
* Drafting and managing ancillary deeds, including Deeds of Easement and Deeds of Variation.
* Liaising with clients, agents, borrowers, asset managers, solicitors, and other relevant parties as required.
* Addressing and finalizing post-completion matters to ensure accuracy.
* Participating in marketing meetings to enhance the firm's visibility and practice.
* Utilizing case management systems on a daily basis.
* Managing client billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
