Twilight Shift: Monday to Thursday, 37 hours per week, 16:15pm start
Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 Per annum

Responsibilities:
* Lead a dynamic team of employed colleagues and agency colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Develop and empower your team through effective coaching and training, building a strong talent pipeline.
* Utilise data analysis to identify and address operational challenges, optimising efficiency.
* Maintain a high level of health and safety at all times.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and company policy.
* Work within budget and forecast costs.
* Engage and lead the colleagues to ensure high scoring internal surveys.

About you:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment (3+ years).
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to have challenging conversations with stakeholders and navigate complex situations.
* A passion for building and motivating teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leading change initiatives.

* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise data to drive decision making.
