Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Performance Administrator to join our award-winning service. This service is a partnership between Alzheimers Society and Devon Partnership NHS Trust, supporting people living with dementia and their carers. The Performance Administration Team supports the performance of the service, supporting colleagues in the management of their caseloads and providing wider administrative support. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel and Word and have a desire to learn new skills and technologies to support continual improvement of systems and functions. We are looking for someone with strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. You will have effective communication skills, both written and verbal and experience of dealing appropriately with personally sensitive information. Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the healthcare sector is desirable.
