Youll oversee sales, HR, recruitment, training and development, finance, and admin to make your showroom a success story. Sales: Youll implement and drive forward the sales strategy and marketing plan, setting the showrooms goals and individual objectives for your team and motivating performance to achieve them. Youll design and sell your own interiors projects as well as being a brilliant sales coach. Management: Youll inspire, guide, and motivate your team to drive sales growth. Youre responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, evaluation and implementing training programmes. Youll lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to get the best from your team. Operations: Youll set up internal systems and processes, oversee compliance with organisational procedures and ensure profitability of your showroom.
