Ideally, candidates should have worked within financial services and have a proven track record in pensions, investments, or life assurance.
The company serves over 500 clients and operates in a busy office environment. Most new clients come via referrals from satisfied clients. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial. The firm prides itself on delivering exceptional advice and service, regardless of its size. The position is 100% office-based.
Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office, computer literate, and familiar with platforms like Fidelity and Transact.
The role involves supporting financial planners and acting as a point of contact with clients via telephone, post, and email. Daily duties include processing and servicing life assurance, pensions, investments for individual clients, and employee benefits schemes for corporate clients.
The main responsibilities include:
1. Supporting financial advisors with administration tasks.
2. Processing new business related to life, pensions, investments, and group schemes.
3. Servicing existing clients by managing inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
4. Coordinating annual review meetings and preparing reports for financial planners.
5. Providing technical support to financial planners and clients.
6. Handling claims administration.
