We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our compliance, governance, and human resources functions.
About the Role:
* Ensure my client remains compliant with all regulatory, legal, and human resources standards.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a robust governance framework.
* Liaise with senior stakeholders to drive business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Management:
o Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
o Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
2. Governance:
o Develop and maintain a governance framework that aligns with company policies and objectives.
o Provide guidance and support to ensure effective decision-making and risk management.
3. HR Management:
o Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and talent development programs.
o Manage employee data, benefits, and payroll administration.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR, compliance, and governance roles.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
