Operations Support Manager South London £45k - £50k company car Operations - Service and Maintenance dept. Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a sector-leading company specialising in fire and security systems in the South London area who are looking for a brand new Operations Support Manager to join their team covering reactive, remedial and small works calls ensuring delivery as per the contracted KPI's on the contract. Duties: Managing incoming reactive, remedial and small works calls so that calls are attended too within the contractual guidelines from the engineer teams. Managing calls over 10 days old that are of an exception and outside of customer KPI Implementation of specialist subcontractor works if required Enforce company policy on Health & Safety Responsibility for complying with and implementing the Q&E management system within their area of activity Any other relevant duties as appropriate to the role as assigned by the Contract Manager Holiday cover, covering Contract Manager and Operations Support Manager Post Inspections, attend a percentage of calls that have been completed to ensure high levels of engineer performance Hybrid role with 50% office/home based & 50% field based Key Performance Areas: Managing workflow Weekly review of timesheets Reporting issues to Contract Manager Evaluating performance and providing feedback To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications needed: A good technical knowledge on Fire, Door entry, Access control and CCTV systems Must have hands on experience of working with engineering teams Experience of Health & Safety requirements Competent IT skills (including Outlook, Excel & Word) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
