Your new role
You will be joining an acquisitive business with a clear growth agenda. With a national footprint, your HR Shared Services team will be responsible for the operational elements of the employee life cycle, including HR/payroll administration and providing employee guidance on pensions, processes, policies, and benefits.
You'll lead the HRSS team and establish a strong working relationship with the Managed Payroll Bureau, overseeing the monthly payroll sign-off process and the pension schemes.
A seasoned manager, your toolkit includes broad expertise in HR processes, systems, and best practices, as well as solid project management experience coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also have significant experience in an HR Shared Services role or a similar HR Operations role with comprehensive payroll experience.
