You'll advise a diverse range of clients, from fast-growing start-ups to large multinational businesses, on matters such as M&A, private equity, venture capital, management buy-outs and buy-ins, fundraisings, exits and cross-border transactions. The Role As a Corporate Solicitor/Associate, your work will include: Advising on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, and investments Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documentation Supporting on high-value and often international transactions Working directly with clients and developing long-term relationships Attending business development and networking events Contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture About You You will be: A qualified Corporate Solicitor NQ-3 years' PQE Experienced in corporate matters, particularly M&A, whether from training or post-qualification A strong communicator with a commercial mindset and an eye for detail Proactive, personable, and enthusiastic about business development Keen to take ownership of your career and grow within a high-performing team Why Apply?
