Recruitment Resourcer - HR
Hunter Savage is expanding our team in 2025 and we are currently recruiting for a recruitment resourcer to join our high performing recruitment team. This role would be a fantastic option for someone with experience in recruitment resourcing for professional services OR with experience working in a busy, commercial environment with strong customer/client interaction and engagement.
The Role
* Working with consultants to define job requirements and identify recruitment channels.
* Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance.
* Developing a pipeline of HR talent to support future growth to bring a more strategic focus to recruitment.
* Effectively utilise sourcing tools and social media channels to attract suitable talent and identify commercial opportunities.
* Internal system updates and ensure candidate and company information is accurate and up to date.
* The role is primarily candidate focused and involves running multiple projects from inception to completion and working closely with our recruitment consultants.
Your Background
* Qualified to at least a degree level or equivalent.
* Professional services recruitment/resourcing/sourcing background OR experience working in a busy, commercial office environment with strong customer/client contact.
* Previous experience of LinkedIn, databases, ATS, and Boolean searches.
* Strong networking skills.
* Excellent communicator (fluent in spoken and written English) with strong customer focus.
* Experience implementing sourcing strategies.
