Assist the Outdoor Learning Environment HLTAs with day-to-day maintenance while following the correct teaching methods delivered by the OLE HLTAs. To assist and support with the nurturing, developing, and educating of pupils, whilst maintaining professionalism. Contribute towards individual pupil outcomes and strategies.

Due to an increase in pupil numbers, we require an Outdoor Learning Environment Assistant to join our 'Outstanding' school. We are looking for drive, enthusiasm, and potential to join our friendly, professional, positive, and forward-looking school. The working hours are 37 per week, between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, term time only, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis; plus 4 weeks in school holidays.
There will be some requirement to travel to other Five Acre Wood sites.
